How Do I Track Which Registrants Used a Discount Code?

Know exactly who used your discount codes and when. The Discount Codes Report lets you filter by program, season, registration status, and order date, so you can verify usage and keep your discount program on track.

Use the Discount Codes Report to see which registrants used a specific discount code during registration. This helps admins verify that only the right people are taking advantage of each code.

Filter the report by program, season, registration status, or order date to narrow your results.

To Access the Discount Codes Report:

1. From the navigation, select Reports > Registrations > Discount Codes Report.
