The File Manager feature is available in the Communication Center, allowing administrators to upload images and files to their email communication. This feature is available even when the site does not include the WebWriter Content Management System dashboard.
Within the File Manager, a directory titled "Email Broadcast" is available for administrators to upload new files or access previously uploaded files when composing a message from the Email Broadcast product.
To Add Images to the Email Broadcast File Manager:
Start in the Communication Center dashboard.
Click 'Create New Email Message'
In the body of the message, click the insert image icon.
An Image Properties window will display. Click the Browser Server button.
The File Manager will appear. Upload a new file or select an existing file.
