Full Admins can monitor all mobile app chat conversations directly from the Team Page, including the team wall, staff wall, and direct messages between team members. Follow the directions below to view messages within chat channels:
Navigate to the team’s page and select the Messages tab. On the Message Type menu, choose Mobile Chat.
2. When Mobile Chat is selected, the layout displays all Chat Channels within the team on the left of the screen. Click on a chat channel to view the channel thread content on the right side of the screen. Full Admins will have access to view all chat channels.
3. Content for chat channels will display messages from the last 12 months.
