Need to reach your teams? Here's how to send a message directly from the admin view on mobile or web:
From the Mobile App:
Full Admins and Directors will select Admin Access > Dashboard > Communication > Compose New Message.
From the Web:
Full Admins and Directors, from the navigation will select Messages > Compose New Message.
Once in Communications, whether in the App/Web, fill in the following:
2. On the Recipient Type drop-down, select Teams.
3. Next, use the filters to select the specific program, season, grouping, team type, or team status you want to send the message to.
5. Select the Role you want to receive the message:
All - Staff, Players & Parents
Team Staff Only
6. Compose your message in the Mobile App Message text box - enter up to 280 characters. If you are only sending a message to the mobile app, uncheck the Email option.
7. Select Send Now to send your mobile app message.
If All - Staff, Players, & Parents is selected for the Role type, then the message will display on the Team Wall.
If Team Staff Only is selected for the Role type, then the message will display on the Staff Wall.
