Resetting a Password
Users can reset their own password if they have forgotten it by navigating to their registration login screen and clicking on the Forgot password link. This step can also be done by any Admin.
Common Reasons for Not Receiving Password Reset Emails
Incorrect Email Address: Ensure you are using the email address associated with your OTTO Sport account. Password reset emails are only sent to the registered email address. Double-check for typos or alternate email addresses you may have used during registration.
Unverified Email Address: If your email address is not verified, you will not receive password reset emails. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your email address. Once verified, you can request a password reset.
No Account Associated with the Email: If no account exists for the email address you are using, you will not receive a reset email. Contact your organization or use their unique registration link to create an account.
Expired Password Reset Link: Password reset links expire after a limited time (e.g., 24 hours). If the link has expired, request a new password reset email.
Enter the address to reset the email that is on file so that the password reset email can be sent. Double-check for typos or alternate email addresses you may have used during registration to ensure the email address is correct.
If you or the user is having any issues with this process, you can click the "Forgot password or Retrieve Account?" link for additional help and instructions. Additionally, check your spam or junk folders, as password reset emails may sometimes be filtered there.
If the issue persists, contact your organization administrator or club representative. They can verify your account details and provide the unique registration link if needed.
I don't have access to my email or password
If you’ve forgotten the password used to access your OTTO Sport account but still have access to the associated email address, exit this dialogue and use the Forgot Password link located on the login screen to reset your password. If you’ve forgotten or lost access to the email address for your OTTO Sport account, we’ll do our best to help. If your email address is unverified, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your email address. Additionally, you can use your organization’s unique login link to create or access your account.
