Cannot Access Administrative Account for Mail Admin

If an admin user enters the wrong password 3 times, they will be locked out for 20 minutes. Once they are locked out, they need to wait till that time frame has passed before trying again. Because if they try again, it will start the 20 minutes all over, even if using the correct password at that point. Please wait till the 20 minutes are over and then try again. If you have further trouble accessing Mail Admin, contact support to make sure your password and login information are correct.
