Registration Confirmations

Team Registration Settings
Configurations in the Team Registrations > Settings area are only accessible to Full Admins and will globally affect all areas of registration within your organization. To begin, hover over Registrations in the left-hand navigation and choose Team Reg, then click the Settings tab.


Registration Confirmations
Similar to the registration financial settings, configurations within the registration confirmations page are global for your organization. The sending email address and confirmation messages will be inherited by all seasons.

  1. Click the edit icon beside each field to modify the registration confirmation details. A description of each field is listed below:

Sending and Receiving

  • Registration Confirmations sent from: Enter an email address where all registration confirmation messages will show as being sent from.

  • Optional blind copy recipients (BCC) for all Registration Confirmations: If any member of your organization needs to keep a record of ALL registration submissions (Participants, Staff/Volunteer, and Team) input their email here.

Confirmation Messages

  • Default Confirmation Message: A confirmation message is sent to all registrants when their registration has been submitted successfully. This message will also display on the confirmation page during the team registration process.

The following three messages will be included as an addendum depending on the form of payment that was used for registration fees. Be sure to include any payment-specific information that is necessary for the registrant to know.

  • Credit Card Confirmation Message Addendum: Displayed when a credit card payment is received for registration fees.

  • Cash/Check Confirmation Message Addendum: Displayed when a cash or check payment is received for registration fees.

  • No-charge (zero) Confirmation Message Addendum: Displayed when there is no charge for registration fees.

2. Once done editing each field as necessary, click Save.


Note: Options to include additional custom competition/season or grouping level information as a part of the confirmation messages can be set at the season or grouping levels. Click here for more details.
