Team Registrations Settings
Configurations in Settings > Team Reg area are only accessible to Full Admins and will globally affect all areas of registration within your organization.
Refund Policy
The refund policy entered in this area will be utilized for all registrations to inherit as their baseline policy.
From the navigation, select Settings > Registrations > Team Reg.
Select Refund Policy, then select the Edit button to make any changes to the policy.
Input refund policy. Once complete, click Save.
This policy will display to registrants during the online registration process.
Note: The refund policy for each season can be adjusted as needed at the season-level settings. Click here to learn more about modifying the policy at the season level.
