Program Years are a defined timeframe teams play within. Those with full admin access are the only users permitted to create, define, and manage program years for their organization.
1. From the navigation, select Settings > Seasonal > Program Years.
2. Existing years will display in the middle of the screen. Click the edit button under row actions to modify a program year.
3. To add a new program year, click the mini menu located at the top of the screen and select Add Program Year.
4. Enter the year name, beginning date, and end date. If this new program year should be the default for the upcoming season, check Set as Default. This will make the respective program year the default option within your organization.
5. Once complete, click Add. The new program year will then appear.
