Fees created in this section serve as a centralized library for the entire season. Once set up, these fees can be easily selected and applied at the season, group, or division level, depending on your registration structure in Seasonal Mgmt.
This allows you to reuse the same fees across multiple scenarios, whether you’re applying standard registration fees to all teams, assigning different fees to specific divisions, or configuring unique fee structures for different registration types. By managing fees in one place, you can ensure consistency while still maintaining the ability to tailor pricing where needed.
Team Registration Fees
In Programs, under the Team Reg heading, select Fees & Discounts. Next, make sure the dropdown menu is set to Seasonal Fees. Click on the mini menu, choose Add Fee.
2. Next, enter a fee name and amount.
3. Select an accounting code from the dropdown menu. (optional) Accounting codes will populate from those already established in the Settings > Registrations > Accounting Codes and are managed by Full Admins.
3. Select the Discountable option if you want this fee to be eligible for discounts when registrants apply a discount code.
4. Installments Y/N: Enable this setting to allow the fee to be paid in installments, where the total amount can be split across a payment plan instead of being due upfront. By default, this option is set to OFF, so you’ll need to toggle it ON if you want the fee to be eligible for installment payments.
If you'd like to collect an initial payment amount of the fee, you can enter the amount. If left blank, the fee will be split equally among all installments.
5. Once complete, click Add.
The fee will now be added to the seasonal fee library. To modify the fee, click on the edit icon. The fee name, amount, accounting code, and installment options can all be modified.
Team Registration Discounts
Create and apply discount codes for use during the team registration process. These codes can be shared with eligible teams to reduce their total registration cost by the specified discount amount.
Note: Discount Codes will only apply to fees that have been marked as 'Discountable'.
In Programs, under the Team Reg heading, select Fees & Discounts. Next, make sure the dropdown menu is set to Seasonal Discounts. Click on the mini-menu, choose Add Discount.
2. Next, enter a discount name, amount, and code.
Note: The code is case-sensitive, and the registrant must exactly match the value that is entered in the discount code field.
3. Once complete, click Add.
4. The discount will appear on the Seasonal Discounts view. Use the edit icon to modify an existing discount code or click the delete icon to remove the discount.
Applying Discount Codes during Team Registration
Registrants will begin the Team Registration process as usual - by either logging in using the public registration URL or via the Register tab on the Team Page - and if they have been given a discount code, they can enter it on the Form Page (Step 2) of the registration process. Only one discount per team registration is accepted at this time.
The discount name and amount will display on the Review page (Step 3) and on the Checkout page (Step 4).
