Admins can now let Team Staff/Coaches take the lead on managing their practices. With a new Season-level permission, coaches can edit their own practice events on the mobile app, including date, time, duration, and location, so schedules stay accurate without waiting on an Admin to update the details.
From the navigation, select Programs > choose your program and season > Scheduling.
Click the edit button at the season or grouping level and select Permissions.
Switch Allow Team Staff to EDIT their Practice Schedules to On. This permission is OFF by default.
Note: This configuration can only be switched to ON if “Allow Team Staff to VIEW their Practice Schedules (Team Pages and mobile app)” has also been switched to ON.
Once complete, click Save.
When enabled, this setting automatically cascades to all child groupings below it in the season, but can be overridden at any level if needed.
