Important messages in team and staff chats can quickly get buried as conversations grow. Pinned messages stay visible at the top of the channel so every member can find them without scrolling through the conversation history.
Admins and Coaches can pin up to 3 messages per channel. All channel members can view pinned messages, regardless of whether they have permission to pin or unpin.
How to Pin a Message
Open the chat channel where you want to pin a message.
Long press on the message you want to pin.
From the message menu, tap Pin Message.
The message is pinned immediately, and a pinned message banner appears at the top of the conversation. All channel members will see the pinned message banner in real time. Tap on the pinned message to view the full message.

How to Unpin a Message
From the pinned message banner:
Tap the pinned message banner at the top of the channel.
Tap the Unpin option next to the message you want to remove.
From the message in the conversation:
Long press on the pinned message in the conversation.
From the message menu, tap Unpin.
The message is removed from the pinned banner immediately. The change is reflected for all channel members in real time.
Pinned Message Limits
Each chat channel supports a maximum of 3 pinned messages. If a channel already has 3 pinned messages and you try to pin another, you’ll need to unpin one of the existing messages before a new one can be added.
Good to Know
Pinning or unpinning a message does not send a push notification to channel members
Pinning a message does not move or duplicate it. The message remains in its original position in the conversation and is also accessible from the pinned banner.
Pinned messages are channel-specific. Pinning a message in the Team Wall does not pin it in the Staff Wall or a direct message chat.

Yes, pinning is available in all chat channels, including the Team Wall, Staff Wall, and direct message chats.
What happens if a pinned message is deleted?
If a pinned message is deleted, it is automatically removed from the pinned banner without causing errors. No manual cleanup is needed.
Can players see which messages are pinned?
Yes, all channel members can view pinned messages in the banner at the top of the conversation, regardless of whether they have pin permissions.
Will I get a notification when something is pinned?
No, pinning and unpinning actions do not generate push notifications. Members will see the updated pinned banner the next time they open the channel.
Can I pin the same message in multiple channels?
No, a message belongs to a specific channel. You can only pin a message within the channel where it was sent.
