How Do I See How Many Home and Away Games Each Team Has?

Check how home and away games are spread across your teams. The Home/Away Games Report shows each team’s home, away, and total games for a season or grouping so that you can spot scheduling imbalances.

The Home/Away Games Report shows how many home, away, and total games each team has in a season. Use it to check how games are distributed across your teams and to spot imbalances before they become a problem.

Viewing the Home/Away Game Report

  1. Navigate to Programs > choose your program and season > Scheduling.

  2. Select Home/Away Games Report from the Report dropdown.

  3. Use the season structure on the left to choose what the report covers:

    • Select the season to see every team across all groupings.

Which Games Are Counted?

  • Only games in the selected season are counted.

  • Each game counts once for the home team and once for the away team.

  • Scheduled and completed games are counted.

  • Canceled, deleted, and voided games are not counted.

  • A game only counts toward a team when that team is assigned to it as the home or away team.

  • Counts reflect the current schedule each time the report is loaded or refreshed.

Searching, Sorting, and Exporting

  • Search by team name using the search box.

  • Sort and Filter by team name, grouping, home games, away games, or total games by selecting a column heading.

  • Export using the same steps as other Scheduling reports. Click the mini menu and select Export Data.

Using the Report to Balance Your Schedule

  • Sort by Total Games to find teams with noticeably fewer or more games than the others.

  • Compare Home Games and Away Games for each team to catch a team that’s heavily weighted one way.

  • Look for teams with a count of zero to find teams left out of the schedule.

  • After you change the schedule, reload the report to see the updated counts.
