Recommendations
This AI feature provides a comprehensive view of customer behavior and product performance. The minimum requirements to access the feature are 1,000 orders, 100 products, and 25 customers.

With Recommendations, you'll gain valuable insights to:
Customer Segmentation - Identify and cater to specific customer groups.
Related Products - Discover similar or complementary products for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Popular products - Stay on top of trending products and optimize your inventory accordingly.
Enable Recommendations Settings
Go to the section "Recommendations" to access all the recommendations features.
To activate the Recommendations feature, please click the "Enable" button on the Recommendations Settings.
1. Customer Segmentation
The Customer Segmentation feature is designed to enhance marketing campaigns. The app provides a curated list of potential customers likely to be interested in each product from the selected collection. These products are Tagged with "ouiteo.interest_segment".
Please select collection for customer segmentation from the drop down option.
Click on "View products in Shopify Admin", this will take you to the products section in Shopify admin filtered by tag "ouiteo.interest_segment".
You can find up to 500 products from the selected collection in the Shopify admin.
In the Ouiteo managed "Interest Segment" metafield under the Product metafield section, you can find up to a maximum of 25 customers for each product.
Use case:
Customer Segmentation helps in more effective outreach and personalized marketing efforts, improving engagement and conversion rates.
2. Related Products
The Related Products feature helps you identify similar or complementary products to recommend to customers. These products are Tagged with "ouiteo.related_items".
Please select the collection you want to check for related products from the drop down option.
Click on "View products in Shopify Admin", this will take you to the products section in Shopify admin filtered by tag "ouiteo.related_items".
You can view the products with related products generated.
In the Ouiteo managed "Related items" metafield under the Product metafield section, you can find the related products generated for the specific product
Use case:
Related Products help increase the average Order Value with ts and encourage customers to explore more products and categories.
3. Popular products
Click on "View products in Shopify Admin", this will take you to the products section in Shopify admin filtered by tag "ouiteo.popularity_score".
You can view the products with the popularity score generated.
In the Ouiteo managed "popularity score" metafield under the Product metafield section, you can find the popularity score generated for the specific product.
Use case:
Popular products help Reduce stockouts, Minimize overstocking, and Improve customer satisfaction.
Disable Recommendations Settings
Click the disable option on the Recommendations Settings.
Next, click "Yes" to save to disable Recommendations Settings /
