How Can I Locate My Gift Card Email if I Can't Find It in My Inbox?

If you are expecting a gift card reward email but cannot locate it in your inbox, follow these steps to search for it effectively:

  1. Search for the Sender Name “Tremendous”:

    • Use your email service’s search bar and type in the term "Tremendous." This is the sender name associated with your gift card reward email.

If you are unable to locate the email with the Gift Card, please try searching your inbox for an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com.

2. Verify Your Inbox:

  • Ensure you are searching within the correct email account (e.g., personal or work email) where the reward notification should have been sent. Double-check the email address where the reward was promised to be delivered.

Note: While we maintain a good sender reputation with our email client (SendGrid), there may occasionally be cases where reward emails could be incorrectly flagged or directed to the recipient's spam folder. This is usually more common with rewards sent to private domains (such as workplace- or school-associated addresses) since these generally have higher internal security settings. However, there are still instances where this occurs with a personal address depending on your security or auto-filter settings.

By following these steps, you should be able to locate the gift card reward email successfully.

If you are having trouble locating the reward email in your inbox, we've found that a helpful prevention step is to add the rewards@reward.tremendous.com address to either your email contacts or a Safe Sender/whitelist; if you've already received the reward, you can also try searching your inbox for that address.
