To get to this section, log into the business dashboard at Business.ouredge.com and navigate to the "Products" tab > "View Feedback" section.
In the Product Feedback tab, you can view product performance insights. This includes product information, the average rating from employees, the number of reviews they have left, revenue generated from each product, and the number of units sold.
Please note that customers cannot see these ratings or feedback. This information is internal and is only visible to you.
In "Products" > "Request Feedback" this section allows you to prompt for fresh product reviews from your team to help you continuously improve and keep your products top rated!
Employees can submit this feedback through the employee app.
