Our system is very good at catching misspellings and nicknames.

To improve the accuracy even further, please add the nicknames and alternate spellings for your Employees within your Employer portal under the 'Leaderboards' tab.

If you identify mentions that you think are unaccounted for, please reach out to us and we can do further investigation and manually add the mention to the staff member.
