Our system is very good at catching misspellings and nicknames. Additionally, it allows for customization of employee profiles by adding nicknames or preferred names, enhancing the accuracy of review matching and improving customer-facing communications.
To improve the accuracy even further, please add the nicknames and alternate spellings for your Employees within your Employer portal under the 'Leaderboards' tab. If an employee’s preferred first name is added in the designated field, this name will replace the legal name in all customer-facing texts, ensuring personalization and employee satisfaction.
If you identify mentions that you think are unaccounted for, please reach out to us and we can do further investigation and manually add the mention to the staff member. Additionally, unmatched reviews are routed to the Unmatched Mentions folder, where managers can manually match them to the correct profiles, ensuring no feedback is overlooked.
