If customers don't mention the employee in the review, what happens?

Employees will not earn the $5 mention bonus unless their name is mentioned in the review online. If multiple employees are mentioned in a single review, each employee separately earns the bonus associated with the customer mention. This ensures fair distribution of recognition and rewards.

If a customer updates an existing review and includes a new employee mention, the process ensures that bonuses are handled fairly:

  • The originally mentioned employee retains the bonus they received for the initial review mention.

  • The newly mentioned employee receives the bonus for the updated review, assuming the review content qualifies for recognition. This approach ensures that updates to reviews can continue to benefit employees without reducing previously earned bonuses.

Employees receive recognition and bonuses when customers mention them in reviews. This process is integral to encouraging improved service standards and ensuring employees feel valued for their contributions.
