There are two sections where you can see metrics on your team.
The first is on the 'Employee Management' tab where you can see how many online reviews each team member has received and any earnings they have accumulated as a result (if applicable).
The second is within the 'Internal Feedback' tab. Click 'Employee' at the top of that page. Here you can see the internal metrics that customers provide by responding to the Edge SMS surveys sent, asking them to rate their experience on a scale of 1-5.
