Google reviews typically take 3–5 business days to appear in the Edge app and be matched to the correct employee. Additionally, reviews may take up to 3 days to appear on the Edge scoreboard. If a review does not appear within this timeframe, ensure that at least 3–5 business days have passed since the review was posted. If reviews are still missing or unmatched after the processing period, contact Edge support and provide screenshots of the missing reviews to assist with troubleshooting.
