Why hasn't my team member received a check if they have earnings with Edge?

If you or your Employees have earned money, but this money hasn't been sent, this most likely has to do with one or multiple of the following things happening:

  1. The employees have hit the team-wide cap for that month. Click here to read more about the cap.

  2. The employee has not hit the threshold to be eligible to withdraw their money earned. Click here to read more about the threshold.

  3. The business is no longer using Edge.

  4. The Employee was removed from Edge by the Employer.
