Landing Page to Collect Feedback

Now you can collect feedback and drive customers to leave reviews online using an intermediary landing page instead of purely using SMS. The advantages to this are:

  • higher throughput to the end user

  • a more rich end user experience

  • opens up the door for users to do things other than just leave feedback (i.e. leave a digital tip for the employee)
