Once you receive your first Edge bonus check, follow the instructions included in the email to direct deposit the funds into your bank account.
To set up your bank account for withdrawals on Edge, initiate the withdrawal request from the app. Upon initiation, you'll receive an email prompting you to provide your direct deposit details. Click on the link in the email and submit the needed information to ensure smooth processing for future payouts.
The bonus checks will be emailed to your email address listed in the Edge account.
Ensure that the withdrawal initiation process is accurately completed to avoid delays or complications. Follow the email instructions carefully to set up the bank account for payouts.
If a payout is mistakenly sent to an incorrect or closed bank account, the transaction will typically fail. Update your account details immediately and reinitiate the payout once the failed transaction is confirmed. If necessary, contact the payment processor's support team to resolve in-progress transactions.
Once your direct deposit account information has been added, you won't need to add it again for your next payment. You will still receive a notification that you initiated a deposit when claiming your earnings in the app.
For scenarios where a payout cannot be re-sent immediately, wait for the failure notice and ensure your bank details are updated to reflect the correct account. Reinitiate the payout after confirming the bank information is accurate.
To update your direct deposit information/settings, please log into Checkbook.io and click 'Settings', then 'Accounts'. From there, you'll be able to edit, remove, or add a bank account. You will also see a preview of the bank account that is currently set up.
If you are updating your current bank information, you will need to remove the existing one and then add a new account.
Be sure to confirm the new bank account details and remove outdated accounts promptly. This will minimize transaction issues and ensure future payouts are directed correctly.
