How are team members paid through a virtual check?

For starters, ensure Employees are added to the Leaderboard in the Employer portal. Once Employees are added to the Leaderboard, they will receive a welcome email from Edge with their login information. See How to add/edit Employees? to learn more!

After Employees sign in, here is how they access their bonuses:

Each team member will need to sign into the Edge Mobile App, then head to the "Virtual Wallet" section within their portal. If they have earnings to transfer, this will be displayed in the Wallet. They can click the button within the Wallet to send themself an e-check for their earnings -- this will be sent directly to their email.

Please make sure employees check both inbox and spam folders! The check is sent from Checkbook.io. Within this email, they will have the options to direct deposit the check, mail the check, or print the check.

If they have previously set up direct deposit through Checkbook.io, they won't need to do this again! Once the employee transfers their earnings from their Wallet, it will automatically direct deposit to their bank account.
