Decide how frequently you would like to send out the survey to your employees. We recommend choosing the beginning of each month as the ideal time to gather feedback on job satisfaction. However, feel free to adjust the frequency based on your organizational needs and preferences.

Step 4: Adding Administrators for Notification

By default, the survey is set to send in-app, prompting employees to fill it out upon their next login to their app. Alternatively, you can choose SMS delivery, where employees receive a text message with a link to the survey. This option is beneficial if your team doesn't frequently access the app but still allows them to easily provide feedback.
