Step 1: Signing In and Navigating to the Job Satisfaction Page
To get started, log in to your Edge account and navigate to "Job Satisfaction Survey" under "My Team", in the top right corner of this page, you will see a blue button titled "Manage Surveys". This dedicated section is where you can set up and manage your surveys, ensuring a streamlined process for gathering feedback.
Step 2: Choosing the Survey Location & Enabling Surveys
Next, choose the specific location where you’d like to set up the survey. This ensures you capture insights that are relevant to that particular team or area of your organization. While you're there, make sure the "Survey Enabled" toggle is turned on to activate the survey for that location.
Step 3: Selecting Survey Frequency
Decide how frequently you would like to send out the survey to your employees. We recommend choosing the beginning of each month as the ideal time to gather feedback on job satisfaction. However, feel free to adjust the frequency based on your organizational needs and preferences. The Job Satisfaction Survey will be automatically triggered based on the settings you define during this step of the setup process.
To illustrate, if you configure the survey to be sent on the 16th of each month and an employee is added to your leaderboard within the Employee Management tab on the 15th, the survey will still be sent to that employee on the 16th
Step 4: Adding Administrators for Notification
To keep things moving smoothly, assign the right administrators to receive notifications when survey responses come in. This helps ensure that feedback is seen quickly, concerns are addressed promptly, and positive changes can be made where they’re needed most.
Step 5: Choosing the Recruitment Site for Positive Reviews
Invite your employees to share their positive experiences by selecting a recruitment platform where they can leave a review about your company. This is a great way to strengthen your employer brand and attract high-quality candidates. To ensure authenticity, Job Satisfaction surveys are set up to prompt review requests only when a positive rating is received.
Survey Delivery Options:
Edge offers two convenient delivery options for the survey: SMS and in-app.
By default, the survey is sent through the app, prompting employees to complete it the next time they log in. Alternatively, you can choose SMS delivery, where employees receive a text message with a link to the survey. This is a great option for teams who don’t often use the app but still want an easy way to share their feedback.
