Having difficulties logging into Outbase? It might just be that you need to clear your cache and try logging in again. You can clear your cache in 5 easy steps:

​Step 1: Press the three dots on the right hand side of your chrome window and select the settings option.

Step 2: Then head to the privacy and security section and select site settings.

Step 3: Below your recent activity you will see the option to click to View permissions and data stored across sites.

Step 4: Search for Outbase using the search bar in the right hand side of the page.

Step 5: Now you simply need to press clear data and your should now be able to log into the platform.
