First Follow-Up Email Examples

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

Just following up on the below. Would there be a convenient time for a quick chat about {{COMPANY_CLEAN}} {{LATERTHIS_OR_EARLYNEXT}} week?

Regards,

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

Just a nudge on my recent note, I’m guessing I'm way down on the list by now. Is there a good time to drop you a call either {{LATERTHIS_OR_EARLYNEXT}} week?

Best regards,

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

I recently got in touch regarding our ***YOUR OFFERING***- perhaps you missed the e-mail or my timing wasn't right.

I would still be keen to tell you all about it. Would you be free for a quick chat {{LATERTHIS_OR_EARLYNEXT}} week?

Best,

Second Follow-Up Email Examples

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

Hope you’re having a great {{WEEKDAY_FULL}}.

As I haven’t heard back from you, I thought I’d drop a quick note to see if you have some space for a catch-up.

If you’re not the right person to talk to about how we can benefit {{COMPANY_CLEAN}} then any pointers would be super helpful.

Thanks,

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

I imagine things are hectic right now, so just dropping into your inbox with a quick reminder about the note I sent over.

If I am barking up the wrong tree, could you point me in the right direction?

The last thing I want to do is keep contacting the wrong person!

Kind regards,

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

Since I haven’t heard back from you, I fear I may have identified the wrong person within {{COMPANY_CLEAN}}.

If this is the case, would you mind sending the name of the right person and I’ll make sure to bother them instead!

Otherwise, would there be a convenient time for a chat?

Kind regards,

Third Follow-Up Email Examples

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

I just wanted to follow up one final time on my previous emails, as I’m feeling particularly optimistic today! But rest assured, if you don't respond, you won't hear from me again.

However, if you are interested in finding out more about how we’ve worked with ***NAMEDROP*** to improve ***YOUR OFFERING***, then let me know, and we can book something.

Thanks,

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

I appreciate you might be busy at the moment, so I'll keep this brief.

It would be good to arrange a chat about how we can support {{COMPANY_CLEAN}} with ***PAIN POINT***, but let me know if:

  1. You're interested but haven't had the time to respond yet.

  2. I should follow up with you again in a few months.

  3. You’re really not interested and I should stop emailing you.

Thanks,

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

I’ll make one last attempt to reach out, I’m still looking for the best person to discuss how we might help {{COMPANY_CLEAN}}.

If my timing isn’t right, I can reach out again in a couple of weeks?

Otherwise, would there be a convenient time to get in touch?

Kind regards,

Third Follow-Up Email Examples (with images)

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

One final attempt from me, as I do not want to make an enemy! I really believe we can help {{COMPANY_CLEAN}} to ***SOLVE PAIN POINT***.

As it may be that you are just too busy at the moment, feel free to reply with the number of months I should wait before getting back in touch. Fingers crossed the number is less than 100!

Cheers,

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},

I believe we’re a good fit for {{COMPANY_CLEAN}}, any chance you’re open to us being the Bonnie to your Clyde?

Let me know if you have time to speak {{LATERTHIS_OR_EARLYNEXT}} week – I promise I’ll only steal 10 minutes of your time.

Best,
