In the fast-paced world of email marketing, efficiency is key. That's where the Auto-Resolve feature steps in, revolutionising how you manage your inbox responses. Auto-Resolve harnesses advanced AI categorisation to automatically identify and categorise inbox responses, seamlessly assigning them the correct response type.

How to Activate Auto-Resolve

By default, Auto-Resolve is set to "on," immediately categorising incoming responses and neatly filing them under the Resolved tab. This automatic process ensures your inbox remains clutter-free, without any effort on your part and your statistics are up to date.

Tailoring Your Inbox, Your Way

Auto-Resolve is designed to adapt to your needs. Should you wish to tweak the automatic categorisations, the Resolved tab provides the flexibility to manually select a different response type via easy-to-use Response icons. For example, Out-Of-Office replies are smartly sorted by AI, set by default to trigger a follow-up email after 10 days. Yet, you hold the power to adjust this delay, ensuring your follow-up strategy matches the optimal timing for re-engaging with your prospect.

Full Control at Your Fingertips

Prefer the hands-on approach? Auto-Resolve can be easily disabled, placing all responses in the Unresolved tab for manual categorisation. Whether resolved by AI or manually, your responses are neatly marked—an AI icon for those sorted by the system and a hand icon for the ones you've handled personally, maintaining clarity and control over your inbox management.
