Having a larger targeting scope doesn’t mean that you want to include everyone in your prospecting campaign. That is why we have made it easy to add exclusions to your filters in Search.

How to exclude a location

Once you've added a location, you can click on the crossed circle to add it as a negative location as in the example, and that region will be excluded from the search.

Just make sure to click Search before creating the list so that it shows refreshed data with the locations removed.

How to exclude a job title

When you are in the Search, add the Job Title under the Contacts Filters and then click on the crossed circle to add it as a negative job title.

This means that no job titles containing the word CEO will be shown in your search.
