OuterSignal can send notifications to your Slack workspace for any segment you create in Signal Feed (e.g. all customers with 10k+ followers on Instagram or all customers who live in homes with a property value of $1m+). In order to do so, follow these steps:
1. On the OuterSignal dashboard, click on Settings > Integrations > Slack
2. Click Connect
3. Once complete, you will now have the ability to create notifications via slack. To do so, follow these steps:
Create a public slack channel on your company Slack
Navigate over to the 'Playbooks' section of the OuterSignal dashboard. Once there, click CREATE PLAYBOOK
Select the Segment you would like to create the Playbook for and hit Next
Click Slack Message
Choose the slack channel you set up for this specific customer segment and then Add Action.
Click Review & Create
Click Create Playbook
