In the onboarding process to get approved using Outlet, you may be asked to provide our Compliance team with Proof of Address.

This happens when we need to confirm the address you had typed in the app and that the address you typed matches the address in your Government Issued I.D.

If you are asked to provide Proof of Address and it is not provided, or the information does not match the information you had given, your account will remain pending.

What documents count as Proof of Address?

  • Utility Bill.

  • Lease Agreement.

  • Property Tax Receipt.

  • Posted Mail with name of applicant.

  • Insurance Card.

  • Voter Registration Card.

  • College Enrollment Papers.
