All customer data is stored on servers using bank-grade encryption and your information is never sold or provided to a third party for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to reject accounts that we suspect fraudulent activity such as forged documents or identity theft. We also reserve the right to request additional documents to help verify an account.

How to enter your Social Security Number safely:

  • Only enter your Social Security number in the area instructed to do so in the Outlet app. This onboarding process is extremely secure with our Payments Team.

  • Outlet would never ask you to put your social security number in an email, text, app chat message, or speak it over the phone.
