Here are the steps on how to change your Outlet Account email:

1. Withdraw all funds from your current Outlet Account. Make sure you wait the 5-business days for the transfer to be complete into your bank account.

2. Create a new Outlet account with the new email you would like to use and complete the Outlet onboarding/application process again.

3. Contact us and we will assist you with closing your "old" Outlet Account. We will also assist with expediting the approval of your new Outlet Account.


4. After your new Outlet account is created and you are approved, you can start making transfers into your new Outlet Account.
