Here are the steps on how to change your Outlet Account email:
1. Withdraw all funds from your current Outlet Account. Make sure you wait the 5-business days for the transfer to be complete into your bank account.
2. Create a new Outlet account with the new email you would like to use and complete the Outlet onboarding/application process again.
3. Contact our Customer Service representatives and they will assist you with closing your old Outlet Account and getting your new Outlet Account approved. You will not have to wait 24-48 hours for approval.
4. After your new Outlet account is created and you are approved, you can make your deposit into your new Outlet Account.
