If your Outlet Card has been lost, stolen, or damaged, lock your card and contact us.
Steps to lock your debit card:
Open the Outlet app.
Tap on the debit card section.
Tap on the Settings of the debit card.
Tap "Lock" to lock your card.
After your card is locked, please contact us.
If your card was lost or stolen, we will make sure your card is locked and we will disable your card to prevent any transactions. You will then be issued a new card.
If your card was damaged, we will send you a new card in the mail.
Debit Cards take about 14 days to print and ship to the address you specified when claiming your card. If your card does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us.
