Knowing how well your prospects are responding to your engagement efforts is crucial to refining your process. With every email sent from Outplay, you can track:
Whether the prospect opened the email.
Whether the prospect clicked any link you included in the email.
You can set either or both of these to be active for all emails by default in your Safety Settings screen.
If you want to turn this tracking on or off for an individual email, use the buttons at the bottom of the email composer.
