Normative data helps you understand an athlete’s performance in context. The classifications make it easier for coaches and athletes to identify strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and track development over time.

Our normative dataset uses the following brackets:

  • Sex: Male / Female

  • Age Bands: Youth (Under 18), Adults (18+)

  • Performance Levels: Developing, Average, Above Average, Advanced, Elite

10-5 Test

The 10-5 Test measures how quickly and explosively you can produce force. You complete 10 fast hops, aiming for high jumps with minimal ground contact time.

Your 10-5 Score is the average of your best 5 RSI values, providing a clear measure of reactive strength. This matters because strong reactive strength supports faster sprinting, higher jumping, and sharper change-of-direction ability.
