Normative data helps you understand an athlete’s performance in context. The classifications make it easier for coaches and athletes to identify strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and track development over time.
Our normative dataset uses the following brackets:
Sex: Male / Female
Age Bands: Youth (Under 18), Adults (18+)
Performance Levels: Developing, Average, Above Average, Advanced, Elite
10-5 Test (Arms Free)
The 10-5 Test (Arms Free) measures how quickly and explosively you can produce force while using your arms naturally for balance and propulsion. You complete 10 fast, continuous hops, aiming for high, efficient jumps with minimal ground contact time.
Your 10-5 Score is calculated as the average of your best 5 RSI values, giving you a clear and reliable measure of reactive strength.
This matters because strong reactive strength allows athletes to sprint faster, jump higher, and change direction more sharply - all key components of high-performance movement.
