Normative data helps you understand an athlete’s performance in context. The classifications make it easier for coaches and athletes to identify strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and track development over time.

Our normative dataset uses the following brackets:

  • Sex: Male / Female

  • Age Bands: Youth (Under 18), Adults (18+)

  • Performance Levels: Developing, Average, Above Average, Advanced, Elite

Countermovement Jump (CMJ)

The CMJ measures your ability to produce explosive lower-body force from a single, powerful effort. You perform one maximal jump, starting from an upright stance, dipping quickly into a countermovement, and jumping as high as possible while keeping your hands on your hips.

Your Jump Height is the highest point reached during a jump. This gives a clear picture of your explosive power and overall neuromuscular performance which is essential for high-performance actions such as winning aerial duels and jumping higher.
