Normative data helps you understand an athlete’s performance in context. The classifications make it easier for coaches and athletes to identify strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and track development over time.

Our normative dataset uses the following brackets:

  • Sex: Male / Female

  • Age Bands: Youth (Under 18), Adults (18+)

  • Performance Levels: Developing, Average, Above Average, Advanced, Elite

Single Leg Countermovement Jump (CMJ)

The Single Leg CMJ assesses your ability to generate explosive lower-body force from each leg independently. You perform one maximal jump on each leg, starting tall, dipping quickly into a countermovement, and jumping as high as possible while keeping your hands on your hips for consistency.

Your Jump Height represents the highest point reached during each single-leg effort. This provides a precise view of explosive power and neuromuscular performance on each limb, making it especially valuable for identifying asymmetries and monitoring lower-body function.
