Ovation allows you to choose a winner at the frequency of your choosing. However, make sure to select a winner at least one time per year to be in accordance with local law.
1. Navigate to the customers page
2. Select which time period and which location you would like to choose a winner from.
ex: in the last 3 months from my Provo location
3. Click the 🎉 button
This will randomly choose someone from the list and expose their phone number so that you can call or text them.
Pro Tip:
Celebrate the winner by inviting them into your location and taking a photo with them. Now post it on your social media accounts!
