Ovation helps you create templates that will save you time while still keeping responses personal!
Templates can be accessed by navigating to the Winback section and clicking "Templates" in the top right corner.
To create the template, first give it a name. The title of the template is for your reference only and will not be shown to your customers.
Next, you'll need to add the body of the actual templated message.
The Smart Tags at the bottom can be inserted into your template by clicking on them. These will change the message dynamically depending on the author and the recipient.
ex. <Customer First Name> enters the name of the person that you are speaking with automatically.
Finally, you can set which locations this template will be active for and save the template.
When responding to Winback opportunities, you'll be able to use these templates with just one click.
To edit saved templates, go to Winback > Templates and click on the 3 dots to the right of the template you would like to edit.
