If someone is sending you unwanted messages, blocking them from sending anything further is as easy as a few clicks.
Navigate to v2.ovationup.com/winback and select the customer that you need to block.
Click the "Block" icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Once blocked, the customer's messages will not appear in your notifications or conversations.
If you need to unblock a customer, you can click the button again to unblock them.
Note: Unblocking a customer will not reveal messages that they sent while blocked.
