Before goals can be automatically recommended, an Administrator needs to define a few universal Goal Settings, such as Period duration and Categories, in Settings.

Until these settings have been configured and the feature enabled, Goals will not be auto-populated.

How to enable Goals Settings

Navigate to Goals Settings by clicking on the settings gear menu and selecting Goals.

  • Define the Start date for when you would prefer the rolling Goal periods to begin.

  • Define the Goal Period duration in number of weeks (minimum 1 week, maximum 52 weeks).

  • Define the user role(s) responsible for approving Goal Categories and Incidence Rates. You may select either Administrators, Location Managers, or both role types.

Select which Categories you would like to include for Goal eligibility. De-selecting categories will preclude them from the automated recommendations.

Select which store locations you would like to include for Goal eligibility. De-selecting locations will preclude them from the automated recommendations.

Click Save Changes to enable the feature.

NOTE: Goal recommendations happen overnight. If the administrator enables the feature today, the recommendations will be available for review the next business day.

How to disable Goals

To disable Goals, navigate to Goal Settings and click the Disable Goals button.

Select when you want all Goals to be disabled. This will stop all goal tracking and will remove all settings. You may either disable it at the end of the current active period or disable it immediately.

Once you have made your selection, click on the Disable goals button.
