As our product evolves to meet the ever-changing landscape of threats and compliance requirements, we regularly introduce new features and capabilities to enhance protection for your business.
Some of these updates may require additional permissions to function effectively and securely. To maintain transparency, compliance, and the highest security standards, we ask our customers to review and re-consent to app permissions whenever new features are introduced.
If some permissions were needed, you would notice a message asking for your attention in the sites list (Attention Required), or an explicit error if you are looking at your Tenant integration status (Some permissions for Overe app are missing).
In order to recover from this situation, you just need to re-onboard your tenant by clicking the "Connect again" option in your integration.
