Today’s focus: learning how to use Overe to strengthen your Microsoft 365 environment by enforcing security best practices.

In our previous email, we covered how to assess your tenant’s security posture. Now, let’s take it a step further and look at how Overe actively works behind the scenes to keep your tenant secure—automatically.

The goal? Ongoing, hands-off protection.

That’s where Overe Policies come in—our built-in best practice enforcement engine designed to continuously monitor and optimize your tenant’s configuration, so you don’t have to log in every time something needs fixing. 🙂

Overe Policies are powered by a set of Policy Controls, which:

  • Can be turned ON or OFF individually to match your needs

  • Run in Monitor or Enforce mode—either just alerting or actively fixing detected drifts

  • Support Exclusions, allowing flexibility for users, devices, or regions that require exceptions, assisted by the automations of Overe ACE

By default, all Policy Controls start in Monitor mode, so you can review their behavior before choosing which ones to enforce.

🎥 Watch the quick tutorial below to see how easy it is to set up and manage Overe Policies:
