In this final email of the Welcome Series: invite your team and set Overe on auto-pilot.

You've assessed your tenant's posture, strengthened its defenses, and explored how to respond when incidents occur. Now, it's time to bring others into the loop and set your organization up for smooth, collaborative security operations.

Overe organizations are built for teamwork. You can invite others and assign roles based on their responsibilities:

  • Viewers: Read-only access to onboarded tenants.

  • Admins: Full access to configure Sites, harden tenants, and respond to incidents.

  • Founders: All Admin permissions, plus extra management capabilities.

Also, Overe users can be part of one or multiple organizations, with different roles in each—offering maximum flexibility in how they collaborate across teams.

For the final tweaks:

  • Assign notification recipients so the right people are alerted about incidents.

  • Set up custom webhooks to integrate Overe alerts into your existing workflows.

🎥 Watch the video below to see how to invite your team and finalize your Overe setup.
