Overe Assess and Overe Protect are the two license types currently supported for Overe Sites.

Users can create as many sites as needed under each license type.

If you ever need to upgrade a site from an Assess license to Protect, you can do so by clicking the "Upgrade to Protect" prompts in the UI.

However, downgrading a site from Protect to Assess is currently not supported. The two license types have incompatible feature sets, and forcing a downgrade could cause Overe to malfunction.

If you no longer need a site to use a Protect license, the recommended approach is to remove the site from your organization and create a new one using the Assess license.

Note

Billing is based on the peak number of billable identities a site has reached during a given month. This means that even if you remove or downgrade a Protect site, the highest number of billable identities it recorded will still be counted toward that month’s billing.
