Overe subscribes to several data feeds from your Microsoft tenant to detect, surface, and resolve anomalies in user behavior.
These subscriptions are configured during the onboarding of your tenant into an Overe site and remain active for as long as your Overe license is valid. In the unlikely event that an external factor disrupts one of these subscriptions, Overe will automatically attempt to re-subscribe.
If Overe is unable to restore the subscription in the background, it will display a message asking you to re-onboard the Overe Microsoft application. Re-onboarding is the simplest way to resolve this issue.
The re-onboarding process is the same as granting missing permissions to the Overe app and is demonstrated in the video below:
