Product Release Note - October 2025 - Policy Templates

Today is the day! We're releasing our new Policy Template functionality!

This is a complete re-envisioning of the way you can control the configuration of 365 tenants. You can now create a template centrally and apply it to as many tenants as you'd like - something that is incredibly difficult and time-consuming to achieve natively in Microsoft 365.

​This feature is ready to use now and over the next few days we're adding a number of pre-set templates for you to hit the ground running, the best part is that you can also completely customise your own! You can clone our existing templates to get a head start, or you can build your own from scratch. You still have the flexibility to configure exclusions for specific sites.

You can now see at a glance not only how a tenant compares in configuration to your Policy, but how they compare to each other too. The new template dashboard now shows you the assigned template as well as the alignment status for each.
