4. Collaborate & Finalize Your Setup

Over the last few emails you’ve seen how Overe helps you:

  1. Assess your Microsoft 365 security posture

  2. Harden your environment with automated policy enforcement

  3. Monitor identity activity for unusual behaviour

  4. Respond quickly when risks or threats appear

The final step is making sure Overe becomes part of your ongoing security operations.

Most organisations don’t manage Microsoft 365 security alone. Identity protection, configuration management, and incident response usually involve multiple people across IT or security teams.
​

Overe organisations are designed to support collaborative security operations, allowing the right people to monitor activity and respond when needed.
​

You can invite additional users and assign roles depending on their responsibilities:

  • Viewers

    Read-only access to onboarded tenants and security insights.

  • Admins

    Full access to configure Sites, apply security policies, and manage monitoring and response actions.

  • Founders

    Administrative access with additional organisational management capabilities.

Users can also belong to multiple organisations with different roles, which is particularly useful for MSPs managing multiple client environments.

To complete your setup, there are a couple of small steps many teams take during the trial:

  • Notification Recipients

    Ensure the right people are alerted when Overe detects important activity or security risks.

  • Webhooks & Integrations

    Connect Overe alerts into your existing workflows so events can flow into your ticketing systems, chat platforms, or security processes.

These steps help ensure detections and posture changes become part of your day-to-day security operations rather than something that requires manual checking.
